30 or more days notice, the customer will receive a full refund on all payments made MINUS $100.00 fee for administrative fees.
15-29 days notice, the customer will receive 50% refund on all payments made.
14 days or less, customer will forfeit ALL payments made. 

All rescheduling / changes require a 48 hour notice.  All rescheduling / changes are subject to availability.
